Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and personalized support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and community outings.
- Foster independence and promote skill development by encouraging and assisting clients in achieving their individual goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, documenting client progress and any concerns or incidents.
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and other members of the support team to ensure consistent and coordinated care.
